Changing or resetting your Facebook password is a straightforward process that can be done from within the app or via the Facebook website.

To change your password if you're already logged in to Facebook:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of your Facebook screen.
  2. Tap on "Settings & Privacy".
  3. In the next screen, select "Password and security".
  4. Tap "Change Password".
  5. Type in your current password, followed by your new password, and re-enter the new password to confirm it.
  6. Tap "Save Changes" to complete the process.

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

  1. Go to Facebook's login page.
  2. Tap "Forgot Password?"
  3. Type in the email address, mobile phone number, full name or username associated with your Facebook account, then tap "Search".
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.

Keep in mind that, for security reasons, you won't be able to use the same mobile phone number that you use for two-factor authentication to reset your password. You'll need to have a different mobile phone number or email address added to your account to reset your password in case you ever need to.
